Lori Hildebrand, coach and former corporate financial leader, started Utah Leading Ladies in an effort to gather women together locally. She was involved in networking on a national level, but wanted to create a tribe of women in her own city. Her first meeting had 15 participants in attendance and one year later, over 50 ladies were present.
